We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
